David Criswell

 President – Brings over 30 years experience in industrial equipment sales and business management.  He formed DA Criswell Sales, Inc in 1992 beginning with himself and Alexia.  Together, He and Alexia grew the grass roots business until its sale to VanZandt Controls, LLC. In 2017.  They took the business from 1 employee to ten over the life of the business. Prior to this, he was VP and sales manager of a local equipment sales company.  The clientele and industries served were Power Plants, Chemical and Petrochemical Plants, Pipeline companies, Municipalities, and various processing plants in the Oil and Gas industry.  He is a Graduate of West Texas A&M in Canyon, TX, and he is a Certified Safety Instructor.  David has held various leadership roles in industry trade organizations.

 

Alexia Criswell

Vice President – As the Office Manager of D. A. Criswell Sales, Inc. for 25 years, she managed the accounting, payroll, interview process, hiring, and all day to day operations of the industrial sales equipment business.  She communicated with customers and vendors daily to ensure that they were meeting their expectations and maintained good relations.  Accurate and timely billing were critical for the customers and the business, as well as processing and paying vendors in a timely manner.  She enjoys working with a team in a fun and safe environment that engages with the community to improve property.   She brings exceptional organization and accounting skills to the company.

 

Becca Kinikin

Secretary – Spending most of her career at a District Attorney’s Office she is a driven, innovative, and collaborative professional who excels at building relationships with community members.  She is an adept communicator and can effectively and efficiently collaborate with community partners, vendors, and clients.  She has attended several leadership trainings and is confident in her managerial skills.  Her passion is helping people and her ability to prioritize, and multi-task has been imperative to her success.  She is energized in a fast-paced, challenging environment with collaborative thought leadership.  She brings excellent communication skills, outstanding organization, and diversity to the company. 

 

Jennifer Nix

Treasurer– Dedicated accountant with over 18 years of experience in financial statement preparation, budgeting and analysis. As a previous auditor and business owner, she has a wide range of skills including management of team members, interpersonal skills and excellent leadership abilities. She graduated from Texas Tech University with master’s degree in accounting and holds a CPA license with the State of Texas.
